This Quebec Economical Fleshing Machine table is made of 3/4 inch thick, pre-cut and unfinished M.D.F. This is a real economical and durable table both for the beginner and for the professional. When assembled and finished with an impermeable coating it will last for many years.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
For a nicer finish, the corners maybe sanded. Notice the assembly letters on the table parts and group the parts in that order. This material must be coated with varnish, paint or two part resin. Painting can be done before assembly, this way you can reach and waterproof all parts inside out, use more than one coat. We suggest that assembling be done with Elmer's wood glue and then screwed. Remember that Elmer's glue does not stick as well to painted surfaces. It can also be assembled first then painted. The table comes in ready to be assembled.

To assemble the table, proceed as follows (refer to the photo above):
1. Before painting the table, notice the part identification letters as referenced below.
2. Glue and screw the four "A" parts (4 of 3" X 28 ¼") under the table to give it stability. The plastic material deflector comes already stapled to the underside of the table as shown in View A. Each piece is the same length and laps each other as shown below:

3. Assemble the (8) "B" parts (4 of 3.75" X 30" and 4 of 3" X 30") two by two to make the top part of the legs.
4. Refer to View B photo insert. Glue and screw the top part of the legs inside the four corner of the table top support. The end with the holes goes downward.
5. Refer to View C photo insert. Assemble two by two the (8)"C" parts (4 of 3" X 24" and 4 of 2.25" X 24") for the bottom of the legs.
6. With the nuts and bolts supplied, overlap and join the bottom par of the legs with the top parts. At this step you decide the right height of the table for you (elbow height when fleshing).
7. The four last "D" parts (3" X 24.5") are braces to be secured inside and near the bottom of the legs.
8. Determine by trial and error where the motor should hang under the table so that the "v" belt does not touch the table.
9. Set the table right side up and secure the machine to the table.
