The regular Québec Lite fleshing machine was made to be as affordable as possible without sacrificing speed, durability and ease of operation. For those of you who can afford a more expensive machine, we now make a deluxe model.

The plastic casing has been replaced with aluminum guards covering the blade and the V belt. We also include a stainless steel 12 inch blade as standard. All the nuts, bolts, shaft and flanges are stainless. In other words, all parts of the DELUXE are rust proof.
